Building the Distributed Future
We started in early 2023 with a simple belief: the internet deserves better infrastructure. Not just faster or cheaper, but fundamentally different. The kind that gives control back to people who actually use it.
Why We Exist
Most companies in our space talk about disruption. We're more interested in building things that work. The web3 conversation has become cluttered with speculation and hype, but underneath all that noise, there's genuine technological progress happening.
Taiwan's tech ecosystem gave us a unique vantage point. We watched global trends while staying grounded in practical implementation. That balance shaped how we think about decentralized systems.
How We Think
Decentralization isn't just a technical architecture choice. It changes how organizations interact with their communities, how data flows, and ultimately who benefits from digital infrastructure.
We've spent the last two years working with businesses in Asia who needed practical web3 solutions. Not moonshot projects, but real systems that solved actual problems. That work taught us more than any whitepaper could.
What Drives Our Work
Transparent Systems
Building infrastructure where operations are visible and verifiable, because trust shouldn't require blind faith.
User Sovereignty
Creating tools that put control in the hands of people using them, not corporations managing them.
Practical Implementation
Focusing on solutions that work today, not theoretical frameworks that might work someday.
Regional Focus
Understanding Asia-Pacific markets deeply, including regulatory landscapes and business cultures.
Our Technical Foundation
Development Approach
We work primarily with Ethereum-compatible chains and IPFS-based storage systems. Our team has built everything from NFT marketplaces to decentralized identity protocols.
Most projects take 3-6 months from initial consultation to deployment. We don't rush launches because testing distributed systems properly takes time.

Real Project Examples
In autumn 2024, we helped a Taipei-based supply chain company move their documentation system to a distributed ledger. It reduced their verification time from days to minutes.
Another client needed a way to manage community governance for their DAO. We built custom voting mechanisms that integrated with their existing communication tools.

People Behind the Projects
Torsten Viklund
Technical Architecture Lead
Spent five years working on distributed systems before web3 was a mainstream term. Originally from Stockholm's fintech scene, moved to Taichung in 2022. Believes the best code is code you can explain to non-technical stakeholders.
Siobhan Driscoll
Client Solutions Director
Bridges the gap between what clients need and what blockchain can actually do. Previously worked in traditional enterprise software, which gave her a healthy skepticism about overpromising. Runs our consultation process and project scoping.
Key Milestones in Our Journey
Foundation and First Projects
Established operations in Taichung with a focus on practical web3 applications. Completed our first three client projects focused on supply chain transparency and digital asset management for local enterprises.

Expansion and Platform Development
Grew to an eight-person team and launched our proprietary development framework for faster project deployment. Worked with twelve organizations across Taiwan and Singapore on decentralized infrastructure projects.

Current Focus and Future Direction
Concentrating on enterprise-grade solutions and cross-chain interoperability. Building partnerships with regional technology organizations and planning educational workshops for autumn 2025 to share practical web3 knowledge.
